Project Introduction

Multi-Cloud Connectivity & Integration Initiative

Overview

This documentation covers the design, implementation, and validation of a comprehensive multi-cloud connectivity architecture for AbhavTech, integrating Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Vertex AI, Microsoft Azure SASE, and Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN into a unified enterprise platform.

The project represents a strategic transformation from traditional on-premises infrastructure to a modern, cloud-native architecture that leverages the best capabilities of multiple cloud providers while maintaining operational efficiency, security, and performance.

Project Context

Organization: AbhavTech
Project Code: ABV-SECOPS-AI-2025
Phase: Phase 6 - Multi-Cloud Integration
Timeline: 18-24 months
Status: Design & Implementation

Strategic Drivers

The multi-cloud integration initiative is driven by several key business and technical imperatives:

Business Drivers:

  • AI-Powered Contact Center: Leverage GCP Vertex AI for advanced analytics and AI capabilities in Webex Contact Center (WxCC)
  • Global Collaboration: Optimize Office 365 performance for distributed workforce using Azure ExpressRoute
  • Operational Agility: Enable rapid deployment of cloud-native services across multiple platforms
  • Cost Optimization: Reduce data center footprint and optimize cloud spending through efficient connectivity
  • Competitive Advantage: Deliver superior customer experience through AI-powered insights

Technical Drivers:

  • Cloud-Native Architecture: Shift from lift-and-shift VMs to purpose-built cloud services
  • Network Modernization: Replace aging MPLS with DIA-first SD-WAN architecture
  • Security Enhancement: Implement zero-trust security model across all cloud platforms
  • Performance Optimization: Achieve sub-5ms latency to critical cloud services
  • Automation & Orchestration: Enable infrastructure-as-code and API-driven operations
